Lucky for us at Rosscourt we are only 40 minutes drive to Monkey World and the Tank Museum . These two attractions are charities and have both proved popular days out for us and our guests over the 15 years we have been here.
The Tank Museum this year has a Warhorse exhibition opening at the end of the month which is fabulous having had a sneak preview. You can also enjoy a lunch / refreshments and there is so much to see.
Monkey World have been around along time rescuing monkeys from all over the world. It is fun to walk around the massive site . Most especially if there are babies from their breeding programme, the nursery can leave you standing watching for hours. Again there is a cafe on site for refreshments. Adopt a monkey and get a lifetime free entrance to the site.
